+What is UK Standard delivery service?

UK Standard delivery is £3.95. Your order will be delivered within 3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). This service is available to any address within the UK, including the Channel Islands. Unfortunately, we cannot send items to BFPO and PO Box addresses. However, you can use a work or alternative address if you wish.

+What is the FREE UK Collect in Store service?

You can choose to have your order delivered into one of our selected UK Jaeger Outlet stores free of charge. Place your order before 2pm and have it delivered to a selected UK Jaeger Outlet store (selected UK Mainland stores only) usually within 2-5 working days (please note working days does not include weekends or bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm will take an extra day to be delivered. Delivery to our Livingston store in Scotland may take 1-2 extra days. Collect in store orders made to stores within the m25 will be available for collection in 3 to 5 days. Please allow an extra working day for any orders placed on a weekend or on a bank holiday. Online despatches and delivery to store are only made Monday to Friday, please note we do not deliver on a weekend. When choosing this service at the checkout please pick the store you require from the drop down list. Please note this service is not available in all stores; the drop down menu gives the full list of stores that take this service. Once the order arrives in store you will receive an email to confirm it is ready for collection. The store will keep your order for 14 days, and if it isn't collected within that time they will return it to Customer Services. To collect your parcel you will need to present a copy of your Order Acknowledgement or Order Collection email. Free UK store delivery is available at the following outlet stores; Ashford, Beverley, Birmingham, Bridgend, Bridgewater, Bury St Edmunds,Cheshire Oaks, Kings Lynn, Knutsford, Leamington Spa, Mansfield, Southport, Street, Shrewsbury, Swindon, Truro and York.

+What is the Next Working Day UK delivery service?


If you can’t wait for your parcel to arrive, you can choose our UK Next Working Day delivery service, which we are now offering at a reduced cost of £5.95 (previously £10). This service can be used for most UK addresses, however exclusions apply. Please note it is not available for addresses in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Scotland and the Highlands, or BFPO and PO Boxes. If you place an order and payment is accepted before 6pm Mon-Thurs then it will be delivered on the following day between 8am and 6pm. Orders received after 6pm on Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day, arriving the day after. If you’d like your parcel delivered at the weekend, please select our Saturday Delivery service instead. Orders made over the weekend will be dispatched first thing on Monday morning.

+What is the UK Saturday delivery service?

If you would prefer your purchase to arrive on Saturday, you can select our UK Saturday delivery service, which we are now offering a reduced cost of £7.95 (previously £10). This service can be used for most UK addresses, however exclusions apply. Please note it is not available for addresses in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Scotland and the Highlands, or BFPO and PO Boxes.This service is only available on orders placed and with payment accepted before 3pm on the Friday before the Saturday of delivery otherwise we won’t be able to reach you in time. You can expect your parcel to arrive between 8am and 6pm.

+How do I know when my order has been shipped?

We will send you a despatch email once your order has been shipped which will include your parcel tracking number along with an online tracking link This email will be followed by an SMS and/or Email from our courier pre-advising you of your delivery date with a link to the DHL On Demand Delivery website.

+How do I track my order?

+What will happen if I am not in to receive my order?

Our courier will pre-advise you of the date of your delivery via SMS and /or Email with a link to the DHL On Demand Delivery website if the date is not convenient there are a number of alternative options you may select to customise your delivery. Please be advised if a delivery is left without your signature we will not accept liability for any loss or damage. If delivery is attempted and no one is in a card will be left with a local telephone number and internet link address to rearrange delivery and your parcel tracking details. +What do I do if I have received a faulty item, or an item is missing from my order?

If we have been unable to fulfil part of your order then we will attempt to inform you before the order is received, however in case this has not been possible we will instead include an incomplete order form with the rest of your order advising on the missing item. If you do not have an incomplete form and an item is missing, or you have received a faulty item, then please contact Customer Services to discuss on +44 (0) 845 0510063. +I have entered the wrong delivery address on my order, what should I do?

Please immediately contact Customer Services on +44 (0) 845 0510063 (Mon-Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 11am-5pm, Bank Holidays 10am-4pm UK time) and if the order has not yet been picked it may be possible to change the delivery address. However if the process of dispatch has already begun we may not be able to amend any addresses, therefore please be careful that you enter the full and correct delivery address at the time of purchase. Our shopping bag process does not automatically check the details you enter therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the address you enter is valid and correct.
